The klik Event App is the essential portable tool for the event-goer experience. Attendees can network, collect digital content, manage their schedule, and more, without missing a beat.
While the web-based version is the most accessible, the mobile versions for Android and iOS provide push notifications when on-site, in addition to the app’s key features that make the experience more human-friendly.
And since events are as diverse as the reasons for them, the app can work with or without smart wearables. But why miss out on half the fun?
Anytime an attendee uses their wearable to exchange contact information, it appears as a card in the timeline. Notes on each card can be taken instantly and everything can be easily exported, making follow-ups after an event seamless. No more guesswork with business cards.
If session tracking is activated, anytime an attendee is in a zone where a session is taking place, that session and its information will also automatically appear in the timeline as a card.
It’s not just people who add value to a klik-powered event. Attendees can also interact with objects you define. These touchpoints can be configured to send attendees information at their request.
Our innovative recommendation engine Smart Match allows event-goers to find and meet other attendees based on interest tags provided at event registration and sessions for which they’ve registered.
Attendees can also browse through a series of topics of discussion to pre-arrange meetings.
In-app messaging makes is easy to book a meeting. Once a meeting has taken place, we encourage face-to-face interaction by removing the messaging function.
Sessions and calendar
Attendees can book their sessions in advance whether it has limited seating or not.
Attendees can even sync their event calendar with their own Google, Outlook, or iCal calendar.
As an organizer, you can get instant feedback—attendees can rate a session they took part in and share their comments.
Speaker bios & exhibitor directory
Find a bio of all speakers and details about exhibitors.
Know where you are, where the sessions are, know where your coat and boots are… In short: floor plan.
Send in-app notifications, SMS and/or emails to keep in touch with your attendees.
Attendees can complete their online profile during registration or update it in the app settings. They can provide their details manually or import them via social media accounts like Facebook and LinkedIn.

Our same app — your amazing brand
We can create your own branded version of the klik Event App and have it available for download on the Play Store and the App Store on request. For those using the web version, a branded URL will be created.
Worth the additional wait
It takes more time to brand, publish, and get approval from the Play and App stores, but if you have developer profiles set up and are armed with a little patience, you’ve already got a head start.

If the integration requires attendees to leave the app, we can create token URL that will carry over the attendees authentication.
